The family’s commercial roots are in jewelry, materials and craftsmanship.
Oleh Volynskyi’s work in jewelry production and repair established a foundation of technical care. Viktor and Iryna founded Volynska Fine Gems in Los Angeles in 1998, developing a business in colored gemstones, personal commissions and production services.
The family office brings a coordinated perspective to the financial assets and responsibilities developed alongside the family enterprise.
Oleh Volynskyi’s experience in materials, quality control and jewelry repair established the family’s technical foundation. The early business developed through repairs, wedding rings and small gemstone orders.

Viktor and Iryna founded the U.S. family enterprise in 1998. Procurement and production expertise were complemented by cost control, customer relationships and careful management of working capital.
